What is Gmail attachment intelligence?
It means turning the files in your email into information you can use. Can I use Dioveo from my AI assistant?
Yes. Connect a compatible AI assistant through MCP to find and read Gmail attachments, extract fields with source references, collect selected documents, check exact duplicates, compare revisions, and prepare spreadsheet exports and original downloads. It can also save workflow drafts for you to review and activate in Dioveo. Recognized sensitive values are redacted by default; releasing them requires explicit confirmation. Original downloads need separate permission.
Can I find a document without remembering its filename?
Yes. Pro adds search by meaning: describe what you remember and search attachments whose text has been extracted and indexed. It does not make every historical attachment searchable by meaning immediately. Document processing, semantic indexing, and queries have plan limits. Search by sender, date, filename, and file type is also available on Free.
Can I find attachments without opening every email?
Yes. Dioveo scans your entire Gmail history and shows every attachment in one searchable dashboard. Filter by sender, date, file type, or keyword, without opening a single email.
Is it safe to connect my Gmail account?
Dioveo is CASA Tier 2 certified and hosted in the EU. We use official Gmail APIs with OAuth, so we never see or store your Google password. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings, and you can delete your Dioveo account and the data we hold whenever you want.
Does Dioveo work with old emails or only new ones?
Dioveo scans your entire Gmail history. That means years of past emails, not just new ones. Files must still be available in your connected Gmail account; Dioveo cannot recover permanently deleted attachments.
Can I automatically save files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive?
Yes. Create and activate a workflow that saves matching Gmail attachments to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive based on sender, file type, or subject. Apply it to selected past attachments and future matches. You can also bulk download files or save a selection to your cloud drive directly from the Library, without an AI assistant.
