Welcome to Dioveo. This is your new space for bringing clarity and calm to your inbox. Whether you use a personal Gmail account or a Google Workspace account, Dioveo helps you stay focused on what truly deserves your attention by reorganizing your emails in a simple and visual way.
Instead of scrolling through an endless inbox, Dioveo turns your email flow into a clear kanban board that shows exactly what needs to be answered, what you are waiting on, what is just for your information and what is already done. You will always know where things stand.
How Dioveo works behind the scenes
The first time you connect your account, Dioveo automatically creates four labels: To Reply, Waiting, FYI and Done. These labels match the different stages of an email conversation and they update themselves without you having to lift a finger.
Here is what this looks like in practice:
When you receive an email that requires your response, Dioveo detects it and places it in the To Reply column.
When you answer that email and wait for the other person to reply, it moves to Waiting.
If an email is informational and does not require action, it is marked as FYI.
Once a conversation is finished, it is placed in Done so you can close the loop with peace of mind.
This automatic classification happens continuously. Every time something changes in your inbox, Dioveo updates your kanban board to reflect the new status.
Running your first scan
Once you sign in with your Google account, you simply start a scan. There is nothing to configure and no settings to adjust. The scan usually takes around two to three minutes depending on how many emails you have.
During this scan, Dioveo analyzes your inbox to understand your email patterns and the current state of your conversations. At the same time, it looks for emails that may no longer be important, such as newsletters you never read or conversations that have been inactive for a long time.
These emails are grouped by sender so you can review them quickly. Dioveo also shows an estimated environmental impact in CO2 for each group, giving you a clear idea of the benefit of cleaning up your inbox. This makes it easy to remove clutter in a thoughtful way.
Safe cleanup with easy recovery
If you choose to clean up unnecessary emails, Dioveo places them in the trash where they remain for thirty days. You can restore anything during that period without any difficulty. This means you can clean with confidence, knowing nothing is permanently gone unless you choose to delete it.
After the scan
Once the scan is complete, your kanban board becomes the heart of your experience with Dioveo. You will see all of your emails organized in a clean and simple layout. You can move them around freely, and whenever you click an email, it opens instantly in Gmail for a smooth and familiar workflow. This makes it easy to switch between Dioveo and your inbox without losing context.
